Refund policy

Furniture

All furniture sales are final and non-returnable.
Because our furniture pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Lighting

Lighting may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return conditions:
• Item must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Installed, altered, or used lighting is not eligible for return.

Décor & Accessories

Décor items—including trays, boxes, and accessories—may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Fees and conditions:
• 20% restocking fee applies.
• Customers pay return shipping.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Natural variations in materials such as black lip shell, shagreen, horn, and brass are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eurotrash.us and include photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assist with replacements or claims as needed. Damage reported after this period may not be eligible for review.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email info@eurotrash.us with the following information:

• Order number
• Item name
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

Our team will follow up with return instructions and eligibility confirmation.
