Midwest White Glove Service LLC provides dedicated regional and long-haul coverage throughout the Midwest and eastern United States. Primary service lanes include the Midwest, South, and East Coast, with frequent routes through most major markets east of Denver. Routes run regularly and efficiently, servicing both metro areas and secondary markets.

LEAD TIME AND SCHEDULING

Average lead time is 2–4 weeks from the time an order is placed (depending on location and routing). Once scheduled:

• Customers receive a 2–3 day delivery window

• This is narrowed to a 2-hour delivery window at least 48 hours prior to arrival

HANDLING & PACKAGING

Every shipment is assessed individually and handled with care. Items are professionally wrapped, padded, boxed, or crated (when required) to support a seamless, damage-free delivery experience. The team is experienced in transporting high-value, fragile, and one-of-a-kind furniture and décor.
